He specializes in the intensive treatment of adults and adolescents suffering from complex disorders which have not responded well to more typical treatment interventions\, including patients suffering from the difficulties associated with Narcissistic and Borderline Personality. \nIn addition to his practice\, Dr. Klafter teaches psychotherapy and psychoanalysis at the Cincinnati Psychoanalytic Institute to advanced psychotherapists who are seeking to deepen their skills in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
