DESCRIPTION:You can change your thoughts and beliefs so that they truly support the successful\, dynamic\, joyful adult you were meant to be!\nIn this workshop\, we’ll learn that by connecting with the subconscious\, we can begin to ‘translate’ some of the images and words that pop up — like messages in a bottle. We’ll explore Self Hypnosis\, and we’ll learn to use it to access advanced healing states. \nWith a series of practical\, fun and rewarding exercises\, Patrish will provide tools for experiencing inner freedom and removing behavior patterns that no longer serve us. She has a Masters degree in Psychology in Education from Teachers College\, Columbia University. \nIn her ‘previous life’ as a Physical Therapist\, she worked at Northern Westchester Hospital as the Director of their Physical Therapy Department and subsequently owned and operated her private practice\, Katonah Physical Therapy\, for 25 years. \nNow\, Patrish combines her passion about learning how the human brain ‘works’ with her desire to reduce (or eliminate) suffering and restore a calm and balanced natural state. Like a Himalayan sherpa –  she guides you through your subconscious mind.
