At the end of the presentation we hope that attendees will have a better understanding of trauma and its impact on their nervous system\, with specific tools to take away. \nDirect tools will be introduced and shared with participants during the presentation so participants can use these amazing skills on their own and continue to heal. \nHealing through trauma offers hope and resilience.  Register here: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZErd-qtqzMjH9w2Wh2iVQLSGh_P8dW7pj3n \n\nColette Lopane Capella\, MA\, LMHC\, LPC  is a holistic psychotherapist and owner of group practice New Day Vitality Mental Heath Counseling PLLC in Westchester NY\, Florida\, while working with many clients virtually.
