She has also completed Reiki Level I training with Deborah F. Amjadi\, RMT. She has a degree in psychology and has been trained as a peer counselor. \nOver the years Tara has donated her time as a patient visitor at Memorial Sloan Kettering and many other charitable organizations. She is a meditator and practices yoga.
