DESCRIPTION:Who hasn’t had a broken heart…?\nWhere you had put all your emotional eggs in one basket\, had pinned your happiness and well-being on a relationship\, a job\, the accumulation of wealth or position\, the  accomplishment of a treasured goal. Where the assured existence of pleasure\, possessions\,  power\, or protection was what was most important\, and the struggle that often went with it. \nBut then some part of your plan came crashing down. A break-up\, loss of a job or investments\, a health crisis. Something gave out\, and you felt threatened\, abandoned\, betrayed\, confused – all in all\, a giant WTF?!…  Your understanding of ‘who am I?’ flailed in the dark. \nExperiencing loss and coming out the other side doesn’t have to be this dramatic or heart- wrenching. It’s all a matter of degree. But it is a matter of fully digesting what is happening and clearing any residue or ‘unfinished business’ – feeling your feelings\, letting go\, and letting God\, whatever that means to you. It’s a matter of emptying yourself of your preconceptions and opinions\, creating a vacuum and letting Spirit fill it. \nIn this experiential evening\, we will be working with powerful meditative practices that will help us to find our Spiritual Center. This is the spark that connects us with Universal Presence\, and brings balance and harmony to the polarity we live in and see around us. \nAs we experience our Oneness with this Presence\, the old patterns that bind us begin to clear\, and will fall away as they no longer serve. Space between our triggers and habitual emotional reactions arises – allowing for forgiveness\, reconciliation\, and new possibilities to come to fruition. We become more able to\nperceive clearly\, read situations accurately\, make wise choices – and act\, at the right time\, in the right place\, with the right amount of effort. \nThis Universal Presence is the state of the Infinite I AM – and it is the Source of the energy necessary to shift our state of consciousness and heal. It is always and everywhere present\, awaiting our recognition and resonance. \nWe can choose to let go of our conceptions and opinions\, experience our Oneness with this Presence\, and open to the Grace that is always present….
