It is fundamental to the existence and well-being of a human being to have peace in their life.”\n**************************************** \n \nDr Laurie Gordon has been a student of Prem Rawat for over thirty years and has found his teaching extremely valuable.  Mr. Rawat teaches peace as a fundamental human need and he offers anyone who is sincerely interested a practical way to discover peace within\, which he calls Knowledge. \n\nIn this enlightening presentation Dr Laurie Gordon will introduce the topic of the possibility of inner peace and will show a few short videos\, including:\n \n \n\n “Delivering on a Promise”  This video tracks people searching for peace\, how they discovered Prem Rawat\, why they chose to pursue what he offers and how it has affected them even in their darkest hours.\n    \n\n  \n\n “25\,550 days.  That’s it.” This video addresses the topic of how many days the average person lives.  Through humor\, surprise and poignancy combined with infographic-style graphics it shows excerpts from Prem Rawat’s talk and “man-on-the street” interviews.\n\n  \nThere will be time for discussion at the conclusion of the video presentations.\n\n\n \nLaurie Gordon\, MD is a physician specializing in Internal Medicine. She graduated from Yale University with a BS in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry in 1976\, and received her MD degree from Cornell University Medical College in 1980.  She did her residency and was Chief Medical Resident in Internal Medicine at New York Hospital and New York Downtown Hospital in the 1980’s.
