EVERYONE WANTS ABUNDANT

HEALTH AND HAPPINESS! 

(or do we really???)

If we did we would have them!  But as a new Yale study reveals, only 2% of Americans do what they know to do to stay healthy.  Only 5% of those who study meditation continue the practice.  My nationwide studies reveal a similar result.  Why?  We all have conscious and unconscious barriers to health and happiness.  In this event you will learn ways to identify the diverse anchors holding us back, even from unremembered early childhood, in the womb, or genetic memories, as well as downloads and beliefs which grew out of them.  You will learn how to clear out effects of traumas, in yourself or in your patients, which so quickly make us sick or unhappy.  And you will learn how open up new neural pathways to create new habit patterns in thoughts, behaviors, and in our bodies, which will allow us to embrace health and happiness more completely. 
 
Dr. Henry Grayson is a body/mind/spirit psychologist who has studied most of the major psychotherapies from psychoanalysis to EMDR and the new energy psychology methods (TFT, EFT, TAT), and draws from the new sciences quantum physics and neuropsychology, and world wide spiritual wisdom and weaves them into his Synergetic Therapy which he teaches widely across the US and abroad.

He founded the National Institute for the Psychotherapies and the Association for Spirituality and Psychotherapy, and is the author of 6 books, including MINDFUL LOVING,  THE NEW PHYSICS OF LOVE, and his more recent book, USE YOUR BODY TO HEAL YOUR MIND: RELEASING ALL BARRIERS TO HEALTH, HEALING HEALING AND HAPPINESS.
