Depression & Anxiety :Finding Treatment That Works
November 13, 2013 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
$18.00
Stress is everywhere, with anxiety and depression plaguing many. For some antidepressants do the job. They are less expensive than “talk” therapy, but can cause side effects and sometimes fall short. In this workshop we will look at ways to make medicine more effective using natural approaches. Plus we will explore different ways to reduce depression and anxiety with less or no medication.
Questions and discussion will be encouraged.
