How Your Gut Health has Impact on the Rest of Your Body – with Daryl Moss, Health and Wellness Coach
January 13, 2021 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
FreeThe state of our gut health impacts our bodies, from our brains and bones to our skin, and everything in between. We will be discussing the importance of maintaining a balanced microbiome and strong gut lining, how easily both can get impaired, and the understanding that the gut can be healed.
The body wants to be in a state of wellness; we just need to give it the ingredients to get there.
During the presentation, Daryl will review many lifestyle and environmental issues that impact our microbiome and gut lining, including food, stress, and toxins. Each attendee will recognize how his/her individual lifestyle choices are related to their gut health, and leave the workshop with an improved recognition that we each need to pay attention to the signals our bodies send; those signals are the ways our bodies speak to us.
We each have the power to improve our overall health.
