The world is sadly pressured and demanding, and we want our children and teens to come out okay. Yet, there’s anxiety, attention problems, depression, school issues, upset at home, and more that gets in the way.

On Wednesday, November 16th, Mark Banschick, a child and adolescent psychiatrist and Louis Corsaro, MD, Medical Director of eight Westchester County School Districts, will invite us into an interactive space where we can learn more about helping kids in need.

Please bring your questions. No two children are alike.

Mark is the co-founder, along with Cindy Blum, of the Katonah Study Group and brings sensitivity to the treatment of children and teens that utilizes medicine within limits. Louis Corsaro, MD is a veteran pediatrician who has seen any case one can imagine.

In particular, we will be looking at treatment of Attention Deficit Disorder, and an interesting nutritional approach that holds promise. If interested, we can also discuss the recent New York Times piece, Generation Adderall, which has raised some important questions about ADHD treatment.

Here are some articles by Dr. Banschick in Psychology Today that may be of interest.
