Uncovering the authentic self by removing negative patterns and faulty thinking
RoHun is a highly effective process that blends the spiritual with the psychological to clear blocks and self-limitations that have resulted from life experiences (in this life and past-lives). It works with the unconscious mind and the energy chakras to discover and release "reactive selves" (I.e. negative emotional patterns like the angry self, the sad self, the unworthy self, the anxious self, etc) and faulty thinking (the negative conclusions and distorted ideas that negative emotions often stir up).
With Ro-Hun you can touch on and shift life-long patterns in a relatively short time. This process can be much faster than talk-therapy because it doesn’t engage the conscious mind and allows you to rapidly access deeper parts of yourself. I have used RoHun in my private practice with great success for the last seven years.
