Elements and actions of personalized health

This dynamic evening promises to invigorate your understanding of the elements of health, and the specific actions that support personal well being.  Based on the ancient twin sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga, coupled with the modern discoveries in neuroplasticity – the science of the brain’s resilience,  this evening will bring you face to face with your elemental nature.  You’ll learn  about your Dosha, and its constitutional (prakriti) and lifestyle (vrikriti) expressions.  In an engaging session full of discovery and learning about  Ayurveda’s TriDosha Philosophy of kapha, pitta, vata; the breath of the nervous system; and how to  build resilience, Deirdre will conduct  a group coaching session that delivers essential  knowledge and invokes  behaviors  that will enhance your understanding and  willingness to truly and effectively care for yourself.
